RV water hose

I hate my water hose - too stiff and bulky and hard to store. Anyone found a good flexible easy to store hose good for drinking water? Thanks.

Check out the Zero G hoses. They are drinking water safe and very easy to use and store...

In the rv, I just use the cheap white rv hose. I have 3. Two 25ft, and one 10ft. The 10 foot hose is a out all I use. I coil them up, and connect the ends.

Some people swear by these collapsible hoses. Personally I would go with a flexzilla hose. Very flexible. Don't kink, if they have more than about 30 psi in them.

Just make sure it is rated for drinking out of them.

I use a stainless steel hose and it works great. Won't kink and coils back into its original box with no effort. Many different vendors on Amazon for them.

I use longer versions at home and have never had a problem with any of them.

I've started using a Zero G last year and so far I'm a fan. I really dislike dealing with hoses. I've invested in multiple quick connects and plumbers tape to make connecting as easy as possible.

When the weather is cold and the hose won’t coil, I simply connect it to my outside shower and run hot water thru it until soft and pliable.

Another vote for zero G hose. Keep your receipt and hose info for 5 year guarantee. I got the best deal from Ace as they email me $5 off 25 coupons a couple times a month. I do tend to turn off tap when gone all day in and have a pressure regulator but forget to use most of the time on campground water. A smaller square bucket holds both 25s and takes up little space.

I got tired of the heavy inflexible hoses. The Zero G's work ok but still bulky to me lol. I now use the very flexible ones you see advertised on TV and keep a spare as they tend not to last as long. Drinking the water is not an issue as we have the 5-gallon water tank system that came with the camper and works very well.

I have switched mine to Flexzilla hose. Drinking water safe, flexible even when cold and does not kink! Liked it so much I started using one on my garden reel at home!

I too have switched to the flexible, expandable hoses from Walmart or another Box Box store. I carry two of the 25' ones. Second is a spare, just in case. So far, the first one has lasted fine!

We use the Camco EvoFlex drinking water hose. Very soft and flexible so it's easy to stow away.

I swapped to Flexilla hose a couple years ago. Very flexible, doesn't kink. I've looked at the Zero G hoses, but haven't bought one yet to compare. Flexilla has been great for me so far and reasonably priced.

Best drinking hose.

I have them all, over 200 ' of hoses.
And my best so far is the Camco EvoFlex, more expensive but worth it.

I have multiple different hoses. Have a heated Camco water hose for the colder months along with 2 or 3 of the white water hoses. I keep them coiled in milk crates just like my power cable and the power extension. I keep my garden hoses coiled in milk crates the same way during the winter months at the house. They stack great and are out of the way in the garage or basement of the fifth wheel.

We had a Zero G but we had issues with the connectors leaking, I think it was a bad batch but never buying one again. We went to a white Aqua Joe hose and it has worked great (its like the zero G).

With that being said it is long and most hoses are a pain to hook up etc..

We have added in the Flexzilla hose that has a solid grip that spins and WOW what a game changer. Easy to put on and off etc.. They are a bit more bulky than the other hose but its flexible in all weather conditions and drinking water safe and green like my Clear2o filters.

I like color coding things and hoses are the same way. Flexzilla and filters are green for drinking water. Aqua Joe hose is white for drinking water. I also have the stiff orange rhino hose for black tank flush along with a black Aqua Joe hose for that as well. Hopefully this keeps things straight in everyone's mind when hooking up and disconnecting etc.. so nothing is mixed up.

another vote for zero g

I like the flex compact style of the zero g hose. Have consistently used it for 3 seasons probably 30+ hook ups with no issues. I do prefer to fully drain and air dry after each use. The exercise may be over kill but I don't like packing wet gear and forgetting about it.

I freaking love my zero G drinking hose! Bought the garden hose version for the house and I travel with it!

I bought a sun Joe at Walmart, end of season for $9!, it’s a ZeroG knockoff, heard they don’t last but it’s a good backup, and I’ve extended my ZeroG one when I came up short!
