RVcomfort.zc thermostat owner manual

Does anyone know how to collect a copy of the thermostat manual for the RVComfort.zc for dual AC control.

After a short trip today with our Entegra Odyssey mine ended up like this and will not snap back on.

I did a Google search and found the attached manual. Not sure if it is for your exact model.

Thanks...that looks like the one.

Of course the section on attaching to the wall is clear and my baseplate is still attached.

Doesn't seem like rocket science but my cover does not stay on .....it should snap on I would think.

Says remove the cover by gently pulling on the left and right sides so I would think that the same would apply to reinstall but didn't work for us.

Guess another call to the dealer tomorrow I wish they weren't 50 miles away.

If the thermostat still works ok, a couple pieces of Command Strip Velcro should keep it in place for you. and still let you pop it off the wall if it became necessary. Just a thought.

Thermostat fixed

Took the Odyessey to RVOne.

They fixed the thermostat from hanging loose.

The fix was that the hole on the wall where the wires come out of the baseplate was a circle.

The back of the thermostat is a rectangle....so what we had was trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

The tech used a Sawzall to cut the hole in rectangle size so the back of the thermostat cover would set flush in the baseplate.

Now it fits on right.

So, I just got one to replace the Airxcel labeled one that I thought was bad...and I had the same problem....well, after looking at it closer, it comes with a base plate screwed to it...I took that off and it fits in the original base plate mount. sure
didn't look like a base plate was on it when I took it out the box.....

On a side note.... the new thermostat didn't cure the problem, but created another one.... ... and does not have all the features of the previous one, specifically the high/low fan when on the electric heat setting like the original thermostat had...
