Satellite TV

We are new to this forum and have a question on Satellite TV setup.

We have a new 2016 Jayco Greyhawk and wonder if anyone has set up a satellite to one TV and still used the 2nd TV on the antenna? Thanks for any help!

We have done this and only the main TV is connected to the satellite, leaving the bedroom TV as over the air. You can switch the main TV to either easily if need be or add a wireless client to make the bedroom work on satellite as well. Note, the main TV will not work at all with the RV ignition switch in the on position. It locks out the receptacle the TV is plugged into but you could get around this with an extension cord to another outlet if you wanted to.

Or, just bypass the safety relay inside the TV outlet and watch on inverter power while you are driving down the road. My kids love it!!

My satellite feeds to both TV's on separate DirecTV boxes. They will also both do cable or OTA. Just have to track down the cable wiring, depending on the model, and figure out what goes where.

Just did this two days ago.
It's an extremely easy modification.

I like having an outlet that works while we're driving.
