Seasick on land
We just bought a 2017 Redhawk 26x1 and had no idea they moved so much. We used to have a sailboat but this motion is different. So, do the Hydraulic Stabilizers really help this and where can you get the installed? The place we bought the RV said they can't install. Is Michigan our only option?

We have the auto levelers on our Redhawk and notice a lot less movement than our Jay Flight. After we added new front and rear sway bars the movement was further reduced to barely noticeable.

Good to know it makes a difference. Did you have them installed? Camping World just said they can do it but I think they are different than what Jayco normally uses.

Google Camping World. Search this forum. Many (including myself) would only buy toilet paper and RV anti-freeze from Camping World. Ugh.

I'd go straight to the source if I could:

I just noticed you named your RV Lucy. I was going to call ours that because of The Long, Long Trailer with Lucy & Desi. I saw it as a child and ever since that is what I wanted to do. It's funny because it should have turned me against it and I recently got the DVD, but wanted a drivable rv so I could ride in the back. We will probably call ours The Boat because we used to have a boat and I keep saying put it in the boat.

And they are both cheaper and the same thing at Walmart.
FYI, we have used Scott one ply for years and it's even cheaper than what either company sells as RV paper.

That's a good name for a good reason.
We named ours Lucy and the towed is Ethel.

Ours were factory installed. It's the only option on the Redhawk besides interior color.
This is what Jayco installs on the Redhawks.
Jayco Redhawk Class C Auto-Level System - Equalizer Systems
As others mentioned... RUN from camping world.

I can't really bash CW.
We bought our TT at Camping World. I think we were lucky because we had a GREAT experience.
As far as their store / and labor charges in their service department, that's another story completely.
They don't have to compete with Walmart or Amazon and why would they when they know up front that 90% of the people that walk through the door are 'eager' customers.

We have not named ours although being a family of red heads in a redhawk I feel like there is probably a great name out there but being an IT guy I didn't get the creative gene.

Big Foot is what Jayco USED to put on the Greyhawk. They moved to Equalizer; and while I have no real info on Equalizer I DO know that most folks love Quadra's Big Foot; plus they have excellent customer service.

Okay, that answers that. Since they are always cutting corners it's making me think the Big Foot might be better. OH, but the brackets are already on so what are the odds that the brackets fit both?
