Seneca 36fk TV help?

Just picked up a 2015 Seneca 36fk and need help figuring out the mass of cables to hook up Direct TV to the Winngard roof Sat. and all of the TV's. This is the small open cabinet on the pass. side next to bunk above the flip out TV. The dealer has no idea what all of the cables are for or go to. Thanks in advance for helping out a new guy.

I have 2016 Seneca that I haven't even had a chance to totally get to know much less try to figure out the statellite dish operation; any help in this area would be appreciated.

Do each of these cables go to different TV's and the two on the wall marked "Sat line in" go to the dish?

I fought this problem for over a year! My dealership found a bad cable installed at the factory. The tec. Fixed the cable, and wired all the tvs so they would play on sat, air, or cable. My tec. had a meter he could attach on one end of the cable for testing. Made it real easy to check each cable. Good luck!

Mwade did you put your Sat. box up in that spot with an A/B switch?

Yes, I put the box on the shelf at the end of thr overhead bed. I put Velcro tape on the bottom side to hold it in place. I do have a switch.

I did not see a splitter like I had so not sure how your entertainment system is wired. My 36FK has composite wiring (3 wires vs component or HDMI) and had a splitter already installed to take one composite input (DVD player) and send it to all the TVs. In order to get satellite or DVD to all the TVs I had to add a switch to allow selection of DVD or satellite to go into the splitter.

DVD + satellite ---> switch ---> splitter

Else only the front TV could be hooked up to the satellite.

So i plugged the box to the satelite out. Do i need to plug something else

I emailed Jayco and they sent me a great schematic with all of the color codes for my 2014. Highly recommend you get that as it makes it very easy to follow.

Stewweeks, yes you must have both an input from the sat dish plugged into the sat box and an output which in your case could be to the front TV. If you plug to front TV only then you can use a short HDMI cable. If you want to get sat reception on the other TVs you need to do something like I described in my prior post.
