Picked up my 37ts from Albany rv last Saturday and have to say it went extremely well. The prep department had gone through the complete unit and tested all components. So we were able to run through these items quickly. The two or three items I requested be repaired were done so quickly and no hesitation on their part.
The front entertainment system tv struts were forty lb struts and the tv would fling up at the slightest touch or shake in the coach. They replaced these with lighter struts and this seemed to solve the issue.
Needed to reinforce the mud flap in front of the dually wheels, took them about 5 minutes.
The unit was fully fueled up, def tank full as well as the propane.
Water pump and heater worked as expected
Refer was on and cold so I had a place for my refreshments.
I really can not think of any issue during the delivery. Had fun ride home and had to stop at Home Depot to plug the screw holes on the mirrors, I had not noticed it previously but this was my first time driving it alone so no other people talking or music etc.
Spend the weekend at a friends home and everything worked great. First time you run through the trees and hear the sound of the tree branches thumping on the roof can be heart stopping.
Only issue I found when I returned home on Monday was a drawer clip had come off and the drawer had flung open and damaged the bottom of the drawer. Good thing I build furniture and can repair quickly as it would be a pain to return it to the store for something like this.
