seneca flooring

I have a new to me 2008 seneca and it has some really bad stick down wood like flooring. So my question is is what type and thickness can I put down and clear the slide out without it hitting? we are looking a some of the vinyl wood stuff and there are all kinds of thickness.

I would first look under a cabinet or dinette, something similar and see it that stick one tile is original? Jayco uses sheet vinyl (fast install).

Next, I would go shopping and find what you like. Ask for a large sample, and let them know why such a large piece (few inches wide and at least a foot long). Go home, and see how it works with the slideout. You can use some double face tape to hold it to the floor, or hold it in place while someone else moves the slideout.

Definitely not original, the living area would have been carpet. The only vinyl would have been in the kitchen area by the sink and in the bath.

no way this is orignial it is cheap stick on pieces 18x6 that don't stick any more. Here where I live it has been over 110 for 3 weeks and the sticky is not sticking much any more.

Nice thing is, you can peal it up and you can have that amount of extra room to work with. The glue is nasty to deal with
