My 2014's tanks are heated by ducts coming from the furnace heating the underbelly. No electric pad tank heaters like those installed on some other Jayco units. As such, it is critical to use the furnace when sub-freezing versus using space heaters in the living area. Space heaters do not direct any heat below.

I know at least one Seneca owner here on the forums has actually installed some supplemental electric heater or heaters in the utility areas. I believe it was forced air heaters, not tank pads.

and now two....

We will be taking our rig out in Sub Freezing weather this year, and I put two Walmart electric Heaters (Peloins - $11.99) in each of the compartments where the Black/Grey and Fresh Water are. I mounted them to a square of Sheet Metal and mounted them to the wall of that compartment so they can't tip over or end up touching anything else. They have three heat settings and a Thermostat... so far working great.

I installed a 2 gallon electric water heater in the utility locker. Plumbed it in through the unused washer / dryer connections and use to supplement hot water. Works great! Keeps everything warm and toasty at a critical connection point.

I've been successful cold-weather camping by putting a couple of portable electric heaters in the wet bay and near the fresh tank, but I've had the water heater connections freeze up before. Although the water heater itself runs periodically to keep itself from freezing, the lines going to it appear to be a weak point. I haven't figured out how to keep them from freezing up yet.

have you opened that center compartment up from the passenger side? there are some pipes running in there too. I will add one more heater to that compartment too. Thanks for the heads up.

I've not been in the area, yet. I am aware there is water going to the Galley, so obviously there are water lines running under there, somewhere. Ahhh,
the exploration of it all.
