Seneca jacks inop in manual mode

Jacks work fine in auto mode but when holding the manual button for 5 seconds the led never turns on.
I tried the controls after pushing it thinking the led might be out but still no manual mode.

Anyone ever experience this?
I called the manufacture and he thought it was the main control unit bad and not the switch panel

Any ideas?

I've got nothing, my system is from Bigfoot by Quadra. Hopefully someone with a similar system will respond and offer some help.
