I’ve not had to do it, but I was at the dealer picking up after some warranty work, one of which is a replacement latch for a baggage door and they needed a code off my key to order the proper lock. My assumption is with the codes on the keys, you should be able to get replacements.

When we first got our Seneca, I had 2 extra sets cut at a local locksmith. None of the hardware type stores had the blanks, had to go to an actual locksmith. The only key blank they could not match up was the key for the outside TV lock. Their blank was similar but would not work. Their solution was to bring the lock in and they would modify it to work which I decided against as both keys are always just kept hanging on a hook inside the coach.

There are several options.
Dealer with dealer pricing or on line suppliers. I put a combination key storage container in the propane bay. This holds the truck key and the storage compartment keys. I haven't needed to open the box in two years but I feel better knowing they are there.
I'd write down the key codes and email them to myself and keep the email, assuming you have an online email account. I store quite a bit of stuff this way. Just make sure you put something like "RV Key Codes" that is easy to search on in the subject. Hope this helps. As to getting keys, just make sure the blank is the correct one, put the keys side by side and look at the business end and make sure the grooves line up. As to modifying the locks themselves, I wouldn't do that either.
Just google the key brand and number, like, Bauer 342 key, and you will find them on line. Or call Bauer. Freightliner dealers have blank keys too.
