Seneca Refrig, 2 way?

Is the refrigerator on the Seneca 2 way, 12v and propane?

Also, the house batteries, there are 4. What's the capacity of the batteries?

On the batteries, you will have to look at the batteries themselves and look at the manufacture numbers and model numbers and then you can usually go to the manufacturers website and get the capacity information.

look to the make and model of the refrigerator. Most RV refrigerators two way mode is propane and 120V. Very few will run on 12V. Dometic used to make a three way system which would run on propane and automatically switch to 120V when detected and then also run on 12V while the vehicle engine/charging system was running and they would continue to run on 12V for 30 minutes when the vehicle engine is shut off, switching to propane when (if the tank valves are open) after the 30 minutes to keep from running the battery down.
This ties into another topic of safety regarding running with the propane on. a couple of states have laws against travelling with propane valves in the open position. However, the NTHSB and the IAFC and FLSamerica also recommend not travelling with propane valves open.

You didn't mention what year Seneca you're asking about, but I'm assuming you mean a new one. The fridge is 2-way, propane & 120v. The propane mode still needs 12v power, though, for control, light, etc.

The original house batteries were Harris Professional brand, but we replaced ours. I don't know what the original amp-hour rating was.

Not sure where you are going with the question, but if your wondering how long the fridge by itself will operate on batteries ours went a week on propane and battery power with no problems. The MH was parked while we went on a cruise, came back all was good and still had plenty of battery power left. You can also set the geny to start automatically when the batteries get low so the converter will recharge them.
