Seneca Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer

Has anyone installed the Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer on their Seneca, and how did it improve your handling of your coach?

Well I will soon know as I got one sitting on my bench. Even though I feel my Seneca drives 100% better than our old Class A, I have read it still helps a lot. That and the Seneca is almost twice the size and weight of our old Class A, I like the idea of the having one during a blowout if it happens. I want to have the front alignment checked before I put it on so I just need to make that appointment and then I will do the install.

I put one on. I installed it myself. Took about 45 minutes and then an hour of driving and stopping to make adjustments.

I installed it for the safety aspect not for any handling issue. Having said that I did notice the unit tracks straighter and wheel is tighter with less play. Sometimes in construction zones the wheels will dip off the roadway due to different levels of pavement this used to cause a little wobble and it could be difficult to get the unit out of the rut. Now it seems to come out without overcorrecting.

Even if it did nothing but give me piece of mind it is worth the money in my opinion. That and a good tire pressure monitoring system provides me some comfort.
