Seneca Seats peeling

Does anyone else other than me have Seneca seats that are peeling? I have a 2012 37FS.

It's every seat covered with this material, not just the drivers seat.

Are those FLEXSTEEL? I'd contact them directly.

Our '08 Seneca has a similar problem.

Perhaps this is the way to go;

It's a known problem, but I don't know that anyone is doing anything about it. We had a similar problem on the couch in our travel trailer, and when we traded it in, they said it was a common problem.

We never chased down a solution because if we had kept the rig, we were going to put in recliners, but we traded it in on a Greyhawk instead.

I would definitely begin by contacting the manufacturer of the seat.

Peeling seats in 32FS

Our 2014 32FS has a peeling driver's seat as well. Is this an issue known to Jayco?

We have this same problem throughout our 2013 Seneca 37TS. Wondering if Jayco has anything to say about this. I understand they used cheap, inferior bonded leather. Make you think it’s leather seating but NOT!

Furniture stores often call it "leatherette". It's basically a vinyl covering and a cheap one at that.

I believe Jayco uses genuine “Corinthian Leather” which is fully backed by Ricardo Montalban.

Note: if you understand you may be showing your age
