Seneca TV's

I am trying to learn how to use the Seneca's TV's. I get a few channels thru the antenna but I am at a campground with cable. I attached the cable in the water/sewer compartment. I run the auto scan for cable and nothing!
What am I doing wrong?

Did you turn the antenna amplifier off?

OK I turned off the antenna and did the scan and now I have the cable channels it looks like. Only issue now is the quality is so bad you can't watch them!!!!

Did you re-scan with it off? If so then there is a wire that is not connected correctly. With the amp on you will not get any cable channels, it blocks the signal, only over the air channels come through.

Check you connections, that is usually caused by a loose wire.
