On an airplane wing some have vortex generators, their purpose in life is to change the wind coming over the wind to a different direction. I think what i would try first is to find a small L or T shaped peace of aluminum the width of your window and place it right in font of the glass. I'd duct tape it on first just to see if it worked. Just remember it has to be close to the glass, if not the wind spilling over it may suck the glass out even more. I know any of your home improvement stores will have something.

Whporil..I understand the logic of your proposal but without a wind tunnel for testing I am not sure how to test it in a real life situation.
