Shade adjustment?

Hi all
I have a 2018 entegra odyssey with a windshield above the cab bunk. The shade won’t go up all the way and seems to be getting lower. Want to know if anybody has ever tackled this problem? Would like any feedback!

Feel the sides of the roll for some striation and see if the wheels turn. If you can scooch them in the right direction it will tighten up the lift spting and the shade should raise all the was up.
