Shore charging

I just purchased a 2014 redhawk and I’m having battery issues. What position should the master power switch be in while connected to shore power for charging house batteries. The cranking battery on motor keeps going dead and I have been using the six butoon to fire the engine.

How old is the battery? If it's 5 or older it's time to replace it anyway. As to the battery disconnect, I never turned it off when plugged into shore power which was 24/7 since it was in the driveway.

Thanks, I’ll have the dealer test it, wasn’t sure if it was a common issue. It’s under warranty.
