Shore plug pull out! Need help asap!

My shore line plug fell out while driving and was pulled out. I need to know where the line goes. There are 3 wires, green/white/black. Picture enclosed. Need help asap as I am going out of town tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

If you have a generator, its ultimate destiny should go to the ATS (auto transfer switch). Look around behind wherever your breaker box is. Mines under the bed. But you need to follow the wire to see if its interrupted in its run to the ATS (a separate electric box connection). I suspect there is a box somewhere that connects this wire to house type wiring, then to the ATS.

green = ground
white = neutral
black = pos power

Do you happen to know where the ATS is?

No, dont know your Jayco model and probably wont know unless its the same as mine. Usually its mounted in an alcove "near" the breaker box/power center. Go to your breaker box and size up whats behind it; the bed base?, under a cabinet?

I am guessing you dont need to follow the ripped plugin cable back that far to the ATS. There should be an electric box close to the point of cable ripping that has the cable going in as well as standard house cable going in and the connection is there, the ripped cable ends at this box.

Hey. Thanks for all your help. I was able to connect my shoreline back up. Now my AC turns on but does not blow air. Any thoughts. I had my generator running yesterday and my AC was working fine.

It could be your fan capacitor is shot. The capacitors are located inside a panel on the unit itself on the roof.
