Side windows under warrenty?

Hello All. I have a 2018 RedHawk 26XD that has fraemless windows. The window in question is the rear, passenger side, bedroom window. It's a dual window (both windows in a single frame, but each window attaches on a separate track). I was driving down route 1 through Maryland - major highway to East Coast beach sites - when my rear, bedroom window broke and shattered. I was in the right lane and there was nothing next to me when the window broke. My question is; will Jayco consider this a warranty issue or are they going to refuse it. According to the Jayco parts list, I need to replace the whole frame (2 windows in the frame) and not just the one that broke. The one window is easily detachable from the frame. Contact Jayco and find out. Get the correct information right from the horses mouth, rather than just opinions that could be wrong. Just sayin’.

If you call your dealer to find out and they are super busy (tis the season) they may say it's a road hazard so call your insurance. I agree with gprapim call Jayco (warranty) dept. See if they will open a claim number and give that number to the dealer.
