Sirius Hook-up?

I bought a 2016 Jayhawk 31fs.....was to be Sirius ready but bottom on touchscreen doesn't light up? Anyone know how I can get my Sirius to work

It was just like pairing your phone with the radio when new, the microphone was never installed, dealer had to install from the blue bags. Just one of those things you find out when you buy new.
