Slide caulking
Just got my Accolade 37K back from the dealer for having the dinette slide floor replaced. The caulking job around the trim is pretty bad and they said it's the best they can do . What's the best way to remove the caulking and what kind of caulking to use . The caulking on the rv now looks like silicon .

Be more specific about what area of caulk you a referring to. Is it outside, roof, sidewall or what? Different caulks for different applications.

OSI Quad for that joint.
I found that a bottle of "magic bubbles" works well if you work the caulk with your fingers. It is STICKY.

I prefer Geocel ProFlex RV. Available in many colors to match paint or clear. Been using it for years on all my RV’s and it works great.

X2.
We had $10,000 or warranty work done for a water leak on our big slide at a RV repair and restoration shop and all the caulking used to re-assemble the slide was done with ProFlex RV.

The geocel is what the Jayco service manager recommends in Jaycos youtube vids, whatever that's worth.

Another vote for Proflex, I did the entire camper 2 years ago with it and it still looks good. I’ll touch up a few spots but otherwise I’m impressed.

Well after two days of scrubbing, I got most of the silicone off the slide. Going to reseal with proflex today before the rain gets here tonight.
