Slide out counter and drawers

We have a 2017 Greyhawk 29mv,when turning sharp right(like ramps to interstates) our slide out counter and drawers in the counter will slide out. Has anyone modified theirs without using a bungee strap? Thanks

I have a 2009 Greyhawk I have same problem with a few drawers, we end up weaving a long dish cloth thru handles and tying it together works best for us.the most annoying is the bathroom door, ended up using a door stop it stays shut most of time

Slow down?

I put those Child Proof plastic latches on a few of our drawers in the old coach to keep drawers closed.

What's wrong with shock cord? We use the fancy ones with plastic hooks, so they don't scratch. If we just hook the vertical drawers together, that usually is enough. For the drawer under the our bunk beds, I installed chrome bail strap hangers and run a Velcro strap through the handle and bail.

A marine hardware store, like West Marine, has a lot of hardware, straps, and Velcro to secure compartments and drawers.

Treat it like a home, use it like a boat. But only in very shallow water.

We have that same issue in our 29MV that we picked up last week. The slide out flew out when I turned right out of the dealer lot on the test drive. According to the service manager, this is a known issue. Their solution, eventually, was to use a nylon gear strap and screw the ends to the underside of the counter top. Unobtrusive, and it survived the first road trip up and down the hill country of Eastern Ohio.
