Slide out motor location
I’m stuck at a park with 2 slide outs that won’t retract.
Its a 2015 Greyhawk 29ME. 1st trip.
Tried with key on, off and in auxiliary. Fuse is good no breaker tripped.
Trying to find the location of the motor.

First, are you connected to good power at the pedestal?
Second, are the Schwintek slides? If so the motors are inside the rubber seals.
Third, do you hear anything when you try and activate them?
Check and re check the battery connections.

Since you mentioned that 2 slide outs wouldn't retract I am assuming these are in 2 separate areas meaning they have nothing to do with each other and have separate switches.
You should look at what is common to both slides. Slides are run off 12 volts so you can eliminate the 120 volt system. I would guess that if the 12 volts was low you would still hear the motors groan or attempt to move.
Each slide should have its own motor so you can eliminate that. Each should have its own switch so you can eliminate that. If the switches are on the same control panel you may have lost power to them. I would guess the switches control a relay somewhere but then again they would have separate relays.
Not knowing your rig I can only say that you should investigate something that would affect both.

Some need the parking brake applied to work.

If your engine is running or ignition is on they will be disabled!

If the slides are hydraulic you will have only one motor. If electric the motors can be inside the coach behind the inside trim boards. Or they can be under the coach between the coroplast and the floor. They will be inside the frame rails. You will need to cut access holes to access. Leave the forward side uncut to act as a hinge.

The battery disconnect switch just inside the door needs to be turned on.

Slide location
As others have said the motors should be under the slideouts. I have a Greyhawk 31FS, the motor for the back slide is accessible through one of the outside compartments directly under the slide (have to remove an access panel). The front slide motor is under the jackknife sofa.
There will be control boards for each slide, probably located wherever your other wiring for your converter, etc are, in my case its under the bed. The control boards will probably have some slow blow fuses, at least mine did, so it's possible that is the issue although it would be strange for them both to blow at the same time unless there is some other electrical issue.
I know this is a late reply, so hopefully you resolved your issue, I'd be curious to know what the root cause was.

Wouldn't your RV dealer be able to help over phone or Good Sam RV road service be of assistance? I don't know I'm just asking a question for a down the road issue perhaps.

I have a 2013 31FS, and this must have been a change to the system between mine and yours. When I am boondocking I routinely move the slides in and out with the engine running, to save a little battery power. My sequence is: (with the motor running) I set the parking brake, then level the coach, and finally extend both slides. Then I shut the engine off.

I have the same MH I usually find the best level are on the site and turn off the engine plug into shore power then level and slides. I might just have to try with engine running next time out...

Can we get an update? Did you determine the problem?
