Slideout seal, loose

My 2003 Greyhawk Mini 26SS has loose seal on coach at top of slideout. RV dealer said that I need a new "retainer clip" that holds it in place. Any confirmation of that problem/solution. What part? Source? Thanks in advance.

If your dealer said you need a new " retainer clip" to hold it in place why didn't you just buy one while you were right there. He has the solution, the part or at least the part# and he's the source.

Just asking

When a dealer service rep tells me anything, I would confirm they are not bullsh*tting you into a repair or part you do not need or does not exist. I guess I would call up Jayco and explain the problem to them. They may have a detail of the gasket/part... Although asking the dealer/service to show you the part may be a way to check them.
