Slide vertical alignment

Greetings,

I’m new to the forum and am having a hard time figuring out how to post a general questions. Sorry if I’m not on the right thread.

I have a 2014 Jayco White Hawk with a slide out. The vertical alignment is off my 4 inches on the bottom. When I bring it in the top hits first then the bottom is forced in causing the floor to rise up inside. This doesn’t seem right.

Any suggestions on how to adjust it?

Thanks,
Michael

Looks to be a Schwintek mechanism. You need to locate your controller box and do a 'rehome' procedure. On the controller, depress the reset button 7 times and hold for several seconds after the 7th press and wait for the green led to flash. Then wait a couple of minutes and retract your slide in holding the room switch in the IN position for 3 seconds. Then extend your slide fully and hold 3 seconds again. You should be able to retract normally from then on out.

Slide out alignment

Thanks for the reply Crossingover. I looked around but have no idea where the controller box for the slide out is.

Thanks,
Michael

I just watched a Schwintek YouTube video on how to re-home the slide. It mentioned two motors but I believe I only have one. I’ll try there method in the morning as I depart for Acadia. Thanks for the help!

I don't know your unit at all but on ours the boxes are under the rear bed beneath a removable wood panel. I would think yours would likely be there as well. Check behind your 12V and 110V fuse/breaker panels.

You have to have two motors, one on each side of your slide. Each motor drives a gear at the top and bottom track on each side via a common drive shaft.
