I believe it was "Snap Pad Prime" for the 10" octagon. I think they verify that it is the correct one as they have you enter your RV info.
And I am still happy with them

Rick-in-Houston - you would need the SnapPad EQ - EQ Octagon which is the 4 -10” octagon pads. I just installed mine last Saturday. Heavy pads!

I installed them on my Greyhawk 29 MV . They went on easy and over a year later they still look new. I love how they stabilize the coach on any surface and make it seem more, well, stable. Great investment good results.

Has anyone had a reason to remove on of your pads, if so is there a trick to this. I see one of the rubber stops on the top of our jacks has fallen down to the pad when it's extended. Thanks

It might be easier to just remove the foot with the snapad on it. I think you use a 1/2” Allan wrench socket with an impact wrench.

I got my SnapPads this week and they work great. But when looking at my bank statement tonight I see they came from Canada a long with a foreign transaction fee. If they did come from Canada why didn't I see an exchange rate? The web site say's proudly made in the USA. I do have a card that doesn't have a foreign transaction fee but didn't think I was buying outside the US.

Made in the USA, shipped from the USA, but SnapPad is headquartered in Canada, and billing comes from there, thus the foreign transaction fee. My fee was only around $4.50, so not a real biggie considering the product is top notch.

Got my snap pads today and install was too easy. I like the wide stance it gives the foot on my Seneca. Seems to be alot more stable.

Got mine a few weeks ago and finally put them on last week. Went on very easily. These increase the amount of pad on the ground by about 30% approx 113 sq in now vs about 78 sq in before(if I did my math correctly) The extra in or so under the pad should also absorb a lot of shock and soften the ground contact.

Yes it should. We actually camp at a place that requires footing on their concrete so this should be sufficient. I hate climbing under a rig sometimes.

Can someone tell me what size snap pads are used on the Seneca? I would like to know if mine on my Challenger will fit and if so they will not be included at trade in time, provided I can get them off after three years of use.

Well unless it has changed, Jayco is using the Equilizer jacks and on my 2018.5 Seneca, the pads are octagon shaped and 10” across so you would have to compare them to yours. I have read they can be very difficult to impossible to get off.

Thanks. Looks like the current ones go with the coach.

Seneca SnapPads
I own a 2019 Seneca. The reviews for the SnapPads are convincing me to get a set. I do have a question, I read somewhere that some leveling systems will not support/allow jack pads due to the added weight. Have any of you encountered this issue? Thanks

I have a 2014 and it has the Bigfoot levelers. Bigfoot not only recommends the Snap Pads, they sold them to me at a discount.
I cannot speak to whatever levelers they installed on newer Senecas, perhaps they don't recommend additional weight on their "legs".

I have them on my 2018 M-2 Seneca with the Equalizer leveling system. If you go the the Equalizer web site store you will find Snap Pads for sale. I have had mine over a year now and really like them.

Thanks for the replies. I did got to Equilizer's web site and saw them offered for sale. According to SnapPads' site, I should get EQ octagon 4pk. Time to get out the credit card! RVUpgrades has them on sale.
