Soundstream blown in 2020 Greyhawk Prestige

Hi friends!
My radio/GPS/Camera console in the dashboard won't turn on. I have exchanged out all fuses associated with the radio and the dash but it still won't turn on. A friend and I removed the console and looked behind and underneath for loose wires and checked all connections. All good.

Has anyone had an issue with this? My 2020 only has 4K miles and this is literally like problem #20! WTF!!

I'm on a super long wait list for service. Hoping maybe somewhere here has a tip I can try. Got a mechanic friend that works on Mac trucks coming over Saturday morning to help out.

These units are resoundingly bad Jayco knows it. Contact them and get it covered under warranty. I hear that they're crediting about $550 to replace if you're not wanting another SoundStream.

I have the exact same story. 2020 Greyhawk Prestige I just drove home 6 weeks ago and the Soundstream has gone dark.
I don't want it fixed, I want it gone and I want Jayco and/or the dealership to pay for a replacement of my choosing.
You would think that when you spend 6 figures on a product, they wouldn't equip it with this kind of junk.
Waiting to hear back from my dealership. I'll update with the outcome.

I went to Best Buy and got a new radio, which I installed and within 3 weeks I had a check from Jayco. You must contact them first for approval.

2020 Seneca 37TS here. Hate the soundstream. Am working with Jayco dealer on warranty.

What did you replace yours with? Is the rear camera view any better or do I have to replace the camera also?

Skip the Dealer and contact Jayco.
I went with the Kenwood DMX9707S which has more than one video input. I took my backup camera away from the video switcher and directly to a video input on the radio. I want to see my jeep at all times when changing lanes and don't use the side cameras. They are still available on the radio if I turn that input on. I have no complaints with the factory rear camera.

Replaced it with it with the Pioneer avh-w4500nex. Better in every way except it does not have GPS...which is fine for my purposes. No need to change your cameras. Picture is crystal clear now, with no switching delays. Hope this helps.

I didn’t know I could get cash. I thought they would just replace their Soundstream with another. So I went to Best Buy and purchased a PIONEER WT7600NEX. Highly recommend this unit.
