Unhappy Soundstream Bluetooth Issue

Hello, I have a 2020 (made in 2019) Redhawk 24B that I just bought. I have been trying to sync my LG android phone with this unit and no matter what I have done I cannot see the Soundstream to pair it.

Tried pulling batteries, a hard reset with a paperclip, the directions given on a Youtube video, and also contacting Soundstream which was useless. Anyone else has this issue?

I recall on a 2010 Ford Fusion having an issue with the Bluetooth and there was a fuse I would pull and insert and that would fix it. Looked in the E-450 manual and do not see a fuse that might handle that, but it was also Ford Synch not Soundstream.

FWIW I had an IRV30 in the TT, which was essentially a Soundstream. I had problems getting it to pair and after awhile it just wouldn’t. I tried the paper clip reset etc. Replaced it under warranty and all works fine.

Thanks I will try again to get in toouch and see if they

will replace it, I am sure it is out of warranty though. But nothing to lose.

I also have a 2020 greyhawk with the soundstream. It's the worst piece of junk they put in a $100k motorhome. After several months, the bluetooth would not connect. I called Jayco and they will either replace with another soundstream or I can get what I want and Jayco will reimburse me $500. I took the $500 route and put in a Kenwood system.

I have the SoundStream in a 2019 Melbourne. I've never had problems pairing Bluetooth, but some other issues not related to your problem.

I have never been able to pair my iPhone with my Soundstream. 2020 27U on a 2019 E450. So when Jayco supplied replacement radio or cash, did you go through a dealer or did you contact Jayco directly? If contacting Jayco directly, what was the process, email or phone call to who/where? Thanks
