Spare tire holder options

Looking to hang spare under rear of my 2019 30X. trying not to spend 500 on the hitch style hanger. Is there a kit that bolts into the frame work to hang it? .Trying to avoid that weight off back bumper. Just checking on what some of you have done. Thanks in advance.

Lippert (LCI) offers several sizes of undercarriage mount tire carriers. Pwrhaps you were thinking of something like these?

I wasn't pleased with the options for undercarriage carrier and the drilling or welding so I went with this. Its cheap and very solid if you aren't using the hitch.

When I get a spare wheel and tire set up my plan is to just keep it in the Jeep that we tow. Not sure if you have a toad or if that’s an option for you.

Spare mount

Not sure how your model is compared to our 29xk but I purchased a channel mount with winch, had to cut it down to fit but was able to install underneath between the frame and rear cargo floor, had a perfect size area and spar is winched up and out of way for around $90

Simple fabrication.

I built a simple spare tire holder attached to the hitch.
