Spark plug order?

I have a 2018 Redhawk 31XL E450 V10 with a misfire in cylinder 5 I can’t find any information on the Cylinder order to troubleshoot. Does anyone know the cylinder order number? I have found a multiple diagrams but they all have different patterns. Thank in advance.

Everything I see for the Ford V10 appears to be the same,
#5 is your right rear most cylinder when sitting in the drivers seat.

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!

From what I can find out, numbers 1 thru 5 are the passenger side bank front to rear. 6 thru 10 are the driver's side bank front to rear. The firing order should be 1,6,5,10,2,7,3,8,4,9.

So 5 would be Passenger side in the cockpit?

Sounds like it - passenger side. Closest to the firewall.

With the doghouse removed, it should be easily accessible, unlike the V10s in the F-series trucks.
