still have problems with power gear leveling system

Ok 2007 Jayco Seneca 35gs
Still going back and forth with power gear system keeps going into emergency retract when i turn on ignition key. Power gear said to reprogram level and i did no problem. Next was told to check park and ebrake voltage to level module, all is fine, still does it everything seems to be working as advertised but as soon as I turn the key to check fuel or anything it retracts and all the lights on display flash. also does anyone know what the other set of plugs in the level module box go to there are wires coming out of it I know in the leveling procedure it states you need to do something different if that set of connections are being used . I was told they go to an air ride system but there is none in this coach or when i was replacing all my shocks i would have seen it has any one had this problem thanks Don

Have you talked to JAYCO? They would have a better idea on how it was originally wired.

usually for safety reasons the levelers retract when engine is started, it won't let you start the motor or in some instances you must have the parking brake set, the same with some slide out units, check with jayco or the leveling company they should know
