Stove exhaust vent

On my Greyhawk as we are traveling the vent flap on the stove exhaust fan flaps loudly as large vehicles pass. Any solution on how to stop this.

Thank you

There should be a small thumb knob on the outside that allows you to "clamp" the flap shut.

Most standard vent flaps that I've seen have two thumb locks. They are VERY difficult to get locked or unlocked, and you have to push on them pretty hard to get them to lock. If you find them, use your thumbs to push up and in on these two tabs, and eventually it will snap into place. Reverse the process to get it back open.

FYI, you will feel like you are going to break it, but I have yet to break the one on my trailer or on my FIL's MH.

....and also very difficult to find if you need to replace one or both. My dealer said I would have to buy the complete outside vent flap and assembly. The cost of the assembly is not prohibitive but I sure wish I could just buy a package of two and (although difficult to install) pop them in. Has anyone ever seen the locks w/o the complete assembly?
