STRange battery tales

The 12 volt will charge rapidly from the generator within 40 minutes from nothing to 1/3rd power. However the shore power is feeding fine to the outlets, TV and microwave. The only drain for a week on the 12 volt attached to the shore power was the propane furnace and the heaters around the water tanks.

When we discovered it none of the LED lights, the cabin lights or the furnace were working. Only the TV, micro and wall sockets.

We have it being looked at and they say it is could be the solenoid, the converter breaker switch and all breaker switches and fuses have been ruled out. But they found the 12 volt disconnect switch for the battery is not working.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Our 12 volt was totally down one morning when we only ran the propane furnace and the heating water tank blankets. We were connected to shore power the whole time. the TV, the microwave and the outlets all worked fine. But..... the charge was totally gone on the 12 volts, the lights didn't work the led readouts and the furnace wouldn't work.
Electric was coming from the plug into the cord to the RV.

We turned on the generator and within 20 minutes we had a 1/3rd of a charge and after an hour full charge.

We just took it into get checked, the fuses and breakers are all ok, even the converter breaker.

So odd, but the guy there thinks it is the solenoid by the battery and is checking it. Has anyone else had a problem like this? Our RV home is a 2011 Jayco Greyhawk 26 SD.
