Stumped! Fresh Water Problem

Have a 2016 Greyhawk 31Fs. Been out a couple times this year, and many last year and have used tank/pump as well as city water and had no issues. Last week, we went out, hooked up at campsite and NOTHING, no water. I cant get system to take water or fill tank. I was able to fill tank by crawling under and connecting line straight to tank. Got us by and used full system with tank and pump.

Worked on it yesterday, thinking it was either water inlet check valve or check valve in water pump. Replaced inlet and pump and still cant get any water from city water connection, either to tank or to fixtures. The control panel seems to be working fine and have checked all valve settings and found no issues. Seems that something is blocking/stopping after inlet.

The inlet line runs behind bathroom but not sure where it runs to directly. No access to most of the line.

Anyone have a schematic for the 31FS? Are there other valves in the system that could be the problem?

Getting water into tank by hooking directly, all fixtures work and system pressurizes and no problems.

I am stumped and any advice or suggestions are welcome!

Thanks in advance.

Try reversing the screen filter where you attach the hose to the rv. This will put pressure on the check valve right behind the filter.

Is one of the utility valve handles loose and not turning the valve?

Had similar issue with 31fs

Did you check/replace the under sink kitchen water filter? I swore up and down that the mix station valves were the problem and my local trustedJayco svc dept mgr agreed with me.
It couldnt get water filled into fresh tank and absolutely zero flow thru city water connection.
I didnt believe it when they called to tell me it was a plugged under kith sink filter.
Let me just say it was black and disgusting.
We dont drink water from the tank, but im a maintenance nut and replace and monitor everything dilligently.
New filter. Complete flow restored.
Give that a look.
Hope it solves your problem!
