Swagman Ebike carrier

I was wondering if anyone has feedback on the Swagman RV hitch mount Ebike racks. Ease of install, durability, protection from theft, etc.

Is there a particular model you are considering?

I do not have one of their E-Bike specific racks. I do like their racks Mine is a 4 place, I think it is the XTC4. It is heavy, appears well built. Not RV rated, but I use it on the back my TT. The older I get, the more I want a help handling to get it on/off the TT (commonly we leave it on the TT for extended periods).

Only thing that is a "pain" about it, is the shared center support (like the E-Spec Black model). If you are not thinking about it, it can be a pain to get it raised from a lowered position around the peddles.

I would have no issues buying another Swagman bike rack.

Thank you for the info. It looks like they have three models that will work for our Lectric Ebikes. We’ll definitely keep your feedback about the center support in mind. At 60 lbs each, getting them onto a carrier will already be challenging, so don’t need any extra annoyances.

Can't help with the ebike carrier. However we have a 2 place Swagman that we bought in 2007. Still going strong. We'd buy another Swagman product in a heartbeat.

I'd only echo what everyone else says about Swagman. I've got a 3 bike unit on the back of my 5er and a 2 bike unit that rides on the front of the TV. They've been fantastic!
