Yes you can. But you need to verify that you have the same speed. There are 300rpm and 500 rpm units. If I remember correctly, it’s cap color, but not sure.

Yes cap color. You may want to check into a controller also if you are wanting to keep spare parts. Guy had one motor short out and thinks the voltage spike got the circuit board.
