tank heaters? and other questions.

How do I know if my unit is equipped with tank hearers? Are the level sensors inside the tanks float type? Is there any reason other than convenience of build that the bedroom 120v plugs are on the refrigerator breaker?

All sensors are electronic and are only reliable for freshwater tank only. Black and gray are always questionable.

For tank heat there should be a heating duct going down in to the tank area. No electric heat is installed unless someone used heat tape installation.

first, THANKS for the help! The reason I ask is because of this fuse legend cover-- it has a 12volt heatpad fuse?

Tank sensors are individual probes (for each individual light) going into the side of the tanks. These can become gunked up and unreliable except like ALJO mentioned for the fresh water tank.

Your fused tank heater indicates you have 12VDC heat pads stuck to your tanks.

Bedroom fuses would be wired to the fridge for their convenience of running the wires. The fridge draws about 300 watts so plan accordingly.

I was hoping the bedroom plugs were connected to the GFI ckt. Like the TV and most of the others. I have a inverter connected from that breaker and was hoping to run a electric blanket off it in the bedroom.

Any idea what watt the 12volt heaters are and what temp they come on at?

What Year and Model is your rig?

On mine the tank heaters are a red switch in the bathroom. Turn the switch on and the heaters stay on till you shut them off as far as I know.
