Replaced

Dealer advised us to have it replaced with a regular water heater after tankless wasn't working. We did! In shop for a month in June!🙁

Mine works great. Set it to 108 degrees (for me this is the right temp) and just use hot water knob only when using the sink or shower. You don't use cold water knob for mixing. The idea is to set the temp on the water heater so you can comfortably use just the hot water knob in shower. You can stay in the shower as long as you have water and never run out of hot water

Had the gas valves replaced by the dealer according to the recall. No problems with heater now. It works very well.

X4 I have a 2014 Greyhawk 29MV. Had same issue as everyone else, instant hot then instant cold, instant hot, instant cold. After reading the instructions on the water heater from the mfgr, (Girard), I set mine at 108 as well and it works fine.
