Thanks in advance for your help

We dewinterize. We hear the pump when turned on. There's water in the fresh water tank but we can't get water to pump up. Also we can't find the pump. It's 2018 Greyhawk 26Y. Any help?

You have the pump air bound, try opening the lowest or closest faucet first, I usually try the commode first hold the flush pedal down and go from there sometimes it takes a while. Mine started doing that and it finally quit found the housing inside my pump broken of course mine was older than yours . On mine I have found if I move the valves around on my water panel it starts to prime. And do not open more than one faucet at a time

Maybe a valve is not turned from sanitize/winterize position to tank position.

We did move the dial off winterize to city connection to get RV antifreeze out. Then moved to city fill to get water into fresh water tank. Then we moved back to city connection so we would be ready for next campground. We then removed water hose. Turned on pump and faucet. I think there is air in line. Found pump located under shower floor so opened faucets near that but no luck. Am afraid I will burn up the pump if I keep trying too long. Need more advice please

Ok , your "bet" was right. We had it on city connection and it needed to be on "normal" it works now. Thank you all who responded. I'm so glad you guys are there

On my water panel where is says normal, I took a majic marker and wrote *water pump* along side of that. With my short memory it helps.
