Thermostat

We have a 2016 Greyhawk 29MV that we purchased almost 3 months ago and would appreciate info on the thermostat. Are they supposed to light up or glow showing the readings?
In our previous coach’s they did but I’m not seeing this in our current coach. I opened it up but don’t see any light source. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Jimmyd

These thermostats are not backlit. Sure would be nice if they were!

A change must have happened along the way as the thermostat in our 2018 29MV is backlit and stays on for about 10 seconds or so after a button is touched.

Love to travel, I guess that Jayco wasn’t up to speed on this in 2016.
Our previous 2 Class A coaches were 2006 and a 2015 and both had lighted thermostats. It sure makes life a little easier. I may change it out when I get the chance. We are headed out on Thursday for a months journey. First real long trip for this coach. Safe travels, Jimmyd

There is a 120v plug right above my thermostat. We just keep a night light plugged in there and the thermostat is always lit up when power is hooked up.

I was floored when looking thru some Prcepts last week and saw that they still had analog T-stats?

We have upgraded those in our 2011 Eagle with digital but they are not back lit. We have a small puck light over the therm to light them when needed.
