Tips for lubing the slide seals

How does one go about lubing the top interior/exterior slide seals? They appear to be fairly hard to get to, so looking for tips.

I have a GH 31SS with the dinette/J sofa slide, and was messing around in it today, seems pretty hard to get to these seals to me.

Who uses baby powder and who uses silicone spray??

I have never done the inside of mine. I do the outside twice a year. I use 303 protectant. Access the upper outside seal from roof.

lx22f/c which 303 do you use. Just did the exterior with the 303 product for fiberglass and I am really impressed with the results.

I've got a slide topper, so how do you go about lubing the exterior seal under the topper?

I copied this from the thread "Are Slide Toppers Needed". This should answer your question.

QUOTE=. But, I'm still trying to find a way to reach the seal with the silicone spray in the middle of the slide. Any suggestions on that?[/

It's real easy, go to Lowes or Home Depot and in the paint department they sell paint roller extension poles . I wrap an old dish cloth around the end and hold it on with a rubber band then spray the dish cloth and when on my ladder hold it like a pool cue and go back and forth. They extend out at least 10-12'.
