Tire chains

State law in my state requires that all vehicles over a certain weight carry tire chains when going over passes or when conditions require it. I always carried tire chained with my old setup. Does anyone have experience with tire chains on Jayco motorhomes?

Carry then, hope I'm never in a place that I have to use them. Must be the Boy Scout in me.

I would carry "Z" cable chains if I had to buy them. Easy to install and remove as well as providing a softer ride.

Chains, cold weather kit, spare tire, sidearm, knife, and jumper cables. All may be equally important in keeping you alive.

I agree.... I always carry a knife and usually carry a sidearm. I bought one of the jumper units but I need to find a place for it in the Greyhawk.
