I have a lot of different gauges/inflators over the years, but decided to get a "commercial quality" gauge with hose and metal inflation attachment from NAPA. It wasn't cheap but I use it to check my air (does not let air escape even when not plugged into compressor), fits inner and outer valves and acts as a deflater on my jeep when airing down my tires.
I have found that cheaper gauges will not give consitent readings over time and for doing 75-80 psi in the motorhome, I wanted something quick, accurate and reliable.
Another option may be to go to a truck stop and get one of their gauges without the inflator if you prefer. I carry one that my dad gave me when he quit driving for Swift, but still default to the inflater.
