Total Newbie Question

We've only had our 2013 Greyhawk 31DS since the end of December. We have taken one very short (3 days) trip and then took it to the dealer for correcting several small issues with this brand new rv.

When taking care of tee issues the vehicle was winterized. Now I have need to use the RV and I don't know anything about what I have to do to de-winterize. Hoping someone can point me to a resource giving step by step instructions.
