Tow lights not working

I used a Ford Flex with our Greyhawk and all the lights worked just as they should when running at night, braking, using turn signals, etc.

We've since upgraded to a Seneca, but still have the 7 pin plug to connect our toad. The thing is that the lights are not on on our toad. When I press the brakes, the brake lights come on as normal, but no running lights.

Has anyone had this issue or have any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Maybe a loose connection in the plug or connector?

Link points to the functions of each connector in the 7 pin plug. Rule out any problems on the Seneca side by testing that each of these connectors are supplying power when expected with a multi-meter, test light, etc.. first place I'd start.

If that all checks out at least you know where the problem isn't. Only advise I can think of at the moment... hating troubleshooting electrical as much as I do.
