Trim fix

Trim peeling. See arrached. Only cosmetic, but looking for a fix. I could scrape the black which is flaking or replace altogether. Any suggestions or ideas on where to get replacement trim?

If it's just a few feet, I'd tape it off, sand it, and paint with a plastic compatible paint. If it's all of the trim, that may be a lot of work, replacing may be easier..... that is if if you can get it off easily and find replacement trim.
