TV Connector Questions

Okay, I am sorry that I am asking all these really dumb questions...BUT the owner manual really is not much help..I am a visual guy...

Here is a picture of the connectors behind my TV:

Roof SAT Input LNB1 and LNB 2 I suppose that that is pretty self explanatory. If I had a roof satellite, that is where I would hook the TV up to.

Underneath is another connector box:
Aux / SAT and TV

I am guessing the TV one is for the HD Antennae and the Aux would be for what?
Then there are the On Off buttons.
What are they all about?

The On/Off button is for the TV antenna amplifier and I always leave mine on for better reception.
The AUX input might be tied to an external jack where cable TV hookup at a RV Park could be connected.
My 2008 Jayco Seneca has similar connection points by the TV and the external connection point is in the wet bay. That is where I could connect for cable TV hookup or an external ground-mount satellite dish.

If you have a rear TV there may be a similar TV/AUX panel where just like the one in the picture a cable would need to be connected from the AUX/SAT port to the TV when using satellite.
