Upper Fan Vent covers
Just my luck, the wife and I would arrive at a nice hiking spot, close the coach door and walk away for a hike or something, and leave the fan Roof vent open. Well, the next thing you know it starts pouring down rain.
Well, the fix (I think) would be one of those plastic vent covers over the fan vent (I like the smoke colored one). That would certainly insure that rain would not reach into the coach .....right ....???
Can those fan vents (w/cover) be left open while traveling......???

I like the Maxx Air covers. I installed the original Maxx Air on our first HTT and the Maxx Air 2 on the 5th. In storage and travelling they are always open. I close the cover on the 5th when it's hot and humid to cut down on the condensation around the AC vents.

I have the MAXX Air 2 vents on my trailer and they are always open or at least cracked to keep airflow when in storage or when traveling

I have 2 on my rig and yes they are great for venting while under way and no problems with rain.
Easy to lift one side for cleaning.

The first one I bought I had installed. The second one I did myself. Very easy to do, as long as you don't mind being on the roof. If you think you want to do it yourself check out installation videos online.

We have two MaXXair Vent Covers... The one in the bedroom is black (hard to sleep with the white one, hard to sleep with all that light. The white and black are reasonable, the other colors are quite a bit more expensive.
We never close our during the season, just in the winter when we have the ceramic heaters going.

There great. Our vent is at minimum cracked open all year. We never worry about the rain.
Very easy to install. Takes more time to gather the tools.

OH all. This issue accomplished. I went with the black Fantastic Fan covers, solely because a matching affect. Along with the black AC cover, the sky line looks great.....
