Use of Seneca in winter

I purchased a 2014 Seneca in July, we travel in November and December from Idaho to Arizona and back. My last motorhome's owners manual said if the coach was warm the water and holding tanks would not freeze. I did not find anything in the Seneca's manual. Does anyone know if there is any issues I need to worry about?

I called Jayco last winter about this because I couldn't find anything on it either. They said that yes the bays are ducted so if the house furnace is running all should be fine. (I have a 2013 37fs)

That said....even with furnace running....I froze it up while driving down the road in zero degree weather....it was no match for the cold and wind across the coach from driving.

Thanks, we will keep an eye on it. We do not usually go in to sub zero temps but you never know
