v10 oil leak

had an oil leak near oil filter, it turned out to be a bad oil cooler adapter, the ford mechanic had seen it before, to replace the engine mount had to be removed and all antifreeze drained, was about 800.00 under warranty and certainly not a do it yourself job, mine is a 2015 , also some have had oil pan leaks both problems ar due to bad casting at ford

I did the first oil and filter change on our 2014 V10 this past weekend and did not see any signs of a leak. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for one, though. Thanks very much for the heads-up.
